Made from beautiful old growth Redwood that is typically measured in the hundreds or thousands of years. Old growth Redwood is not common and generally illegal to harvest now, but can be found (or salvaged) primarily from previously fallen trees or the stumps of Redwood that had been harvested as lumber in its hay day before almost near extinction. This is one of my first hollow forms and carries a bit more weight on the edges.
