One-on-one in-field training and workshops are also available throughout the Pacific Northwest. Through my knowledge of the areas, we'll devise a schedule and plan tailored exactly to what you're looking for and I'll provide personalized training to help you capture the perfect shots. Scouting, composition, camera settings and post-processing are all covered in personalized training sessions.

Prices may vary depending on the circumstances, but $500 a day as a base fee is generally a good estimate, with $250 per additional person, up to 4 people total in a group.

I'm very laid back and love to share my knowledge and passion for photography, so shoot me a message if you're looking to improve your skills and would like to shoot with me!

I offer one-on-one processing instruction via Skype, or in person if you're in the Portland area, to teach you the processing techniques that I use in my photos. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, we can work through one of my images (or yours if they are suitable for demonstration) from start to finish or focus on the specific concepts you're most interested in. Each session will be tailored to your goals and a recording of the session will be provided for you to refer back to.

Concepts such as focus blending, exposure blending, color theory, luminosity masks, dodging and burning, targeted adjustments, and many more techniques are all fair game. I offer a very reasonable rate of $75/hour and recommend at least 2 hours for the first session to have enough time to work through an image and achieve your goals.
